Method of exclusion: |
1. Cannot rise |
1.1 Is the hydraulic oil insufficient? |
Unscrew the oil pump filling screw (Figure 2 ). Just add N46 hydraulic oil to the screw hole position.
|
1.2 The oil drain valve stem does not exit |
Use needle-nosed pliers to pull out the drain valve stem (Figure 2 ) to reset the drain valve arm.
|
1.3 There are impurities in the main oil passage hole. |
Open the main oil passage hole, use a suction iron to suck out the impurities and then assemble them in sequence.
|
2. Cannot fall |
2.1 The chain hook jumps out of the oil drain valve arm. |
Pry up the oil drain valve arm and push the chain hook into the groove (Figure 2 )
|
2.2 Check whether the M6 screw on the oil drain valve arm is loose. |
Use an M3 hex wrench to tighten the M6 screw to the lowered position, and then tighten the M6 nut to lock it in (the handle is in the lowered position). (figure 2 ) |
2.3 Overfilling of hydraulic oil or stuck in the transmission part |
Check the amount of hydraulic oil, check the transmission parts or add lubricating oil. |
